ARAGNE for Arabidopsis Gene Network Explorer: A Tool for Network Analysis and Functional Enrichment in Arabidopsis thaliana.
ARAGNE aims to explore cell-type-specific translatomes to identify the molecular actors involved in maintaining sugar homeostasis across various xylem cell types, using a combination of R and Cytoscape integrated within an R Shiny application.
