Usage
=====

To use the application, R Studio must be installed on your PC along with the necessary packages to ensure proper functionality. To verify that the required packages are correctly installed, please follow the instructions provided in the :doc:`prerequisites` section.  

Since this application combines data analysis in R with network visualization in Cytoscape, **Cytoscape must be running in parallel** with the application.  

To install Cytoscape, please follow the instructions in the :doc:`cytoscape_setup` section.  

To launch the application, please refer to the :doc:`Application_guide` section for detailed steps.
